燕麥鮮果沙律(二人份量)

燕麥鮮果沙律材料:

  • 士多啤梨 10粒
  • 木瓜 1/5 個(已切粒)
  • 乳酪 1 杯
  • 桂格即食燕麥片1/4杯

燕麥鮮果沙律做法:

1. 先將即食燕麥片用熱水沖泡過,倒出,濾乾水備用
2. 士多啤梨洗淨切粒
3. 將已去皮切木瓜粒、乳酪拌勻即食燕麥片、燕麥糠,再加入木瓜粒及士多啤梨,即可食用
