綠豆薏米粥-湯水食譜系列

綠豆薏米粥功效:

  • 清熱,解毒

綠豆薏米粥材料:

  • 綠豆1湯匙
  • 生薏米1湯匙
  • 白米3湯匙

綠豆薏米粥做法:

  • 用水浸綠豆,生薏米及白米,並放入雪櫃內冷藏1小時
  • 先把水煲滾,再下綠豆,生薏米及白米,熟透即可

綠豆薏米粥注意事項:

  • 由於各人燥寒體質不同,故宜先詢問專業中醫/醫護人員意見,而決定飲用相關湯水食譜
