防濕方法

最近,香港天氣忽冷忽濕,脾胃自然容易變差。

濕症的表現:

  • 疲倦乏力
  • 睡眠8小時或以上感到疲倦
  • 消化不良
  • 面腄腳腄
  • 頭脹頭昏
  • 有輕度肚潟現象

日常防濕方法:

  • 少飲冰凍飲品,減少進食生冷,油膩或煎炸食物
  • 避免進食過多甜或鹹的食物
  • 注意休息,早睡早起,增強抵抗力
  • 多做運動,有助血液循環
  • 保持家居清潔及空氣流通
  • 減少用空調
  • 減少室內曬衣物
  • 保持心境開朗,減少過度思慮
