秋天滋潤系列
轉眼間秋天又到了,隨著天氣忽冷忽熱,容易感冒,為保持健康,有以下方法。
首先要多飲當造的水果飲品或湯,如蘋果雪梨蜜棗水,柚子及律子等。
滋潤湯水不但養陰生津,更可調理身體,多飲用南北杏,枇杷葉等,更可滋肺。
除飲用合宜的湯水外,更要注意少食辛辣,煎炸,燒烤等燥熱食物。
