不少老人都喜用薑下菜,如炒菜用薑,煲湯下薑等。最近覺得手腳冰冷,聽朋友說買薑食,可以改善情況,在不況試下的情況下,去了某某零食店買了些即食薑片。那個店員推介了一些,並提議我最佳食薑的時間是下午3點前,最好是早上食少少。
詢問另一朋友,才知薑帶有刺激性,晚上食會影響睡眠質素,而且比較適合偏寒人士。冬天一柸黑糖薑水,令胃暖暖的。一本薑茶,可以舒緩寒咳。薑的功效還有很多。
之前有看過一些報導,用薑水泡腳可以改善腳痛,若有皮膚敏感就不太適合了。但比起一些科學成品,薑就比較自然及便宜了。
