夏天一到,熱褲小背心又是時候出動!想甩掉冬天積下的贅肉但又怕減肥冇啖好食?不用怕,屈臣氏會員尊享「初夏創意料理烹飪班」,由屈臣氏註冊營養師開班授徒,以簡單易學的烹調技巧,配合輕怡健康的食材,輕鬆製作各式各樣低脂低卡的美食,教你食得有營又好味!
今次的廚藝坊以「初夏創意料理」為主題,屈臣氏註冊營養師特別撰寫低脂低卡的食譜,運用創新的配搭和煮食方法,教學員烹調低脂海鮮意大利飯及低脂香莓意式奶凍,一邊享受烹飪樂趣,一邊認識均衡飲食的竅門。
