腐竹白果薏米糖水-糖水食譜系列

腐竹白果薏米糖水功效:

白果和薏米都有清熱去濕的功效,天氣燥熱或胸中煩悶時,煲些白果薏米糖水吃,能清除燥熱,使身體舒暢。腐竹由黃豆製成,有助防止骨質疏鬆症和心臟病。

白果含大量維他命B1、B2 等, 適量食可提神醒腦, 增進活力, 當中亦含豐富磷質, 可清除壞膽固醇。白果具豐富PAF鎮靜劑(血小板活化因子), 對防治老人痴呆、氣管炎、糖尿病、哮喘、癌病等療效有甚為顯著。

腐竹白果薏米糖水材料:

  • 腐竹  一 包
  • 白果  十 數粒
  • 薏米  一 兩
  • 雞蛋  二 隻
  • 冰糖  適量

腐竹白果薏米糖水做法:

  • 薏米洗乾淨
  • 腐竹浸軟,白果去殼,然後用熱水浸片刻,撕去衣,去心。
  • 煲滾水,將白果、薏米放入煲1小時,然後加入腐竹、冰糖,煲至冰糖溶化,將雞蛋敲開並放入糖水中,煮至薏米剛熟即成。

    唔同人有唔同講法,一d話生之前食會生得舒服d,一d話唔食得,可能要視乎體質,問下醫生先食安全d
