首先要禁食零食與大餐享受,要在每一餐前都計算卡路里之攝取量,並隨時記錄。
如有運動習慣者,應就其運動量計算所增加銷耗的卡路里數。可配合高纖飲食,以增加用餐時的飽足感。但用餐後需多喝水,平均每天的飲水應達2000 cc以上,不然容易便秘。
